We are looking for a primary‑trained teacher with expertise in special educational needs, ideally focusing on communication and interaction, to take on the role of Resource Provision Lead with TLR responsibility for leading and line‑managing our intervention provision.
Responsibilities
* Lead and line‑manage the new resource provision for students with communication and interaction needs.
* Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum and high‑quality teaching for pupils with EHCPs whose primary need is communication and interaction.
* Provide personalised learning and support inclusion within mainstream classrooms.
* Facilitate a positive learning environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
* Collaborate with staff, families and external professionals to ensure successful outcomes.
* Play a key role in developing and embedding the provision.
Qualifications
* Primary‑trained teacher.
* Expertise in special educational needs, preferably with a focus on communication and interaction.
* Experience in a line‑manager or equivalent team‑leadership role.
* Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practice.
