Overview
Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our established client. Our client is currently seeking a new member to join their team on a temporary basis, ongoing shifts available. The successful candidate complete a range of warehouse tasks including including ‘pack’ packages and parcels, unload containers, whilst complying with health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will also partake in additional duties when required.

The Role
4. Pick and manually handle stock and pack orders
5. Maintain detailed records of inventory and assist with inventory controls
6. Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring the warehouse is clean and tidy
7. Take ownership for your own and others’ safety
8. Load and unload delivery vehicles, handling packages between 10kg-20kg
9. Check for damaged or missing items and report damaged or missing items to managers or supervisors
10. Accurately label products
11. Assist in other warehouse functions where required
Shifts
12. Monday to Saturday working week
13. Day Shift 8:00am to 2:00pm
Your Experience/ Requirements
14. Previous experience as a warehouse operative is essential
15. Forklift license preferred but not essential
16. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and handle heavy packages
17. Full UK driver’s license preferred due to location
18. Self-motivation and an ability to multi-task during busy periods
19. Good levels of communication
20. Safety boots and high vis are essential, if you do now own these they can be provided
