Security Operations Manager Reporting to - Head of Security Department - Security D epartment Management responsibility - Eaton Security Team Primary location - Eaton Estate, Chester Contract - Full-time Main purpose of role Th e main purpose of the Security Operations Manager role is to manage security operations across Grosvenor Family Office and Family locations, ensuring strict confidential ity while upholding the highest standards, procedures and leadership. Responsibilities The Security Operations Manager is responsible for the successful management, maintenance and deployment of security systems, equipment and personnel across Grosvenor Family Office. Direct management of security operations in line with the security strategy Conduct Team Leader reviews and Officer mentoring Timely and Positive communication to the Head of Security Operational and departmental f inancial and budgetary planning and considerations, utilising the relevant financial system s S takeholder management of suppliers and contractors Contract management and job sheet reviews /auditing Responsible for the security maintenance management program The management of all technical security sys tems, updates and replacements Upholding and monitoring of departmental H ealth & Safety responsibilities Managing GDPR and data protection considerations including individual and team responsibilities an d compliance Planning and management of the department training requirements Management of the security SharePoint, folders, SOP's and Policy documents Liaison with the local Cheshire police service and Rural police teams To continuously develop and improve To be fl e x i ble and adaptable to s upport the business operational needs To comply with company policy and best practice in security, legal and regulatory compliance To carry out duties, within the relevant legislation at all times and be familiar with the terms of all current legislation relevant to the role To complete a ny other role specific responsibilities as high lighted by the Head of Security from time to time Essential skills, attributes and values Considerable experience and a proven track record working within an operational security environment Experience in security management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels A positive and professional role model with strong values Proactive maintenance management experience in technical security systems and equipment Must have exceptional problem-solving skills Expe rience in operationally supporting emergency response plan s Good level of knowledge in Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel All employees must uphold the shared values of Grosvenor : Integrity, be honest, fair and open Trust, be loyal, reliable and deliver on commitments Respect, be inclusive, straightforward, collaborative, caring and thoughtful Additional information The role holder will occasionally be required to travel and work at our other Rural Estates The role will require occasional night, weekend and Bank Holiday work This role holder will be on call and able to respond to out of hours emergencies or requests To apply for this job please click on "Apply".
