What You Will Achieve Lead and manage people, technology, and financial resources within the department to achieve departmental goals. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): Master's degree Relevant pharmaceutical experience Demonstrated experience in finance reporting, analysis, and planning processes, and finance Information Technology system architecture Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills Proven experience in managing people Innovative mindset with a willingness to take risks and develop new ideas Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
