Hays are working with a prestigious client who are seeking a confident and motivated Telemarketer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, promoting products and services, generating leads, and supporting overall sales growth. This role requires excellentmunication skills, resilience, and a customer‑focused attitude.
Your new role
As a Telemarketer your role will involve:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a prepared script.
2. Promote and explain products or services to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
3. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
4. Identify customer needs and rmend suitable products or solutions.
5. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales depending on campaign requirements.
6. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and oues in the CRM system.
7. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
8. Follow allpany policies, data protection rules, andpliance procedures.
9. Provide feedback to supervisors on customer responses and market trends to improve campaigns.

16. Experience & QualificationsPrevious telemarketing, call centre, or customer service experience preferred but not essential.Sales experience is an advantage.Training will be provided for the right candidate.
