Responsibilities
* Provide effective and efficient programme support to the Postgraduate Medical Education workstream, working closely with Programme Managers, Education Managers and our Senior and Resident doctor workforce across sites.
* Offer a full range of administrative support for the postgraduate medical education programme, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and responding or referring as appropriate.
* Work across NHS Lothian sites.
Qualifications
* Ability to multitask while handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
* Experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook 365.
* Adaptable, enthusiastic individuals with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
