Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
* Conducting market mapping and hunting for new business opportunities
* Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
* Managing and nurturing your candidate database
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your chosen specialism

* A minimum 2:1 degree from university
