Job Description
As a carer, you’ll be supporting older adults to live well at home while becoming a familiar face they genuinely look forward to seeing.
No two days are ever the same, but your visits may include:
1. Having a proper chat and providing companionship
2. Supporting with personal care and daily routines
3. Helping with meals and light household tasks
4. Shopping, errands, and little trips out
5. Taking clients to appointments or into the community
6. Enjoying walks, hobbies, and outings together
7. Helping with medication reminders
8. Bringing confidence, comfort, and a bit of joy to someone’s day
Qualifications
You don’t need years of care experience to join us — many of our best carers have come from retail, hospitality, customer service, parenting, or simply wanting a more meaningful job with a better work-life balance.
