ABOUT THE ROLE: As IT Support Technician, this focuses on delivering fast, accurate, and customer-centric support while ensuring issues are triaged effectively and resolved or escalated appropriately. YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN WILL INCLUDE: Provide first-line IT support for bespoke systems and Microsoft platforms. Resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues. Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets. Communicate clearly and professionally with users. Escalate complex issues and support user onboarding. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core collaboration tools. Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory. Ability to diagnose common network and Wi-Fi issues.
