Hospitality Supervisor: Your stepping stone to management
To reach our ambitions and truly earn our place in the hearts of our neighbours, we’re looking for a Supervisor who is ready to bridge the gap between being a brilliant server and becoming a great manager.
This is a "stepping stone" role. You’ll still be the star of the show on the floor, but you’ll also start taking on management responsibilities and learning the "why" behind the "how."
What success looks like here:
* Leading by Example: You are the benchmark for "WOW" service. You lead your section flawlessly while keeping an eye on the bigger picture to support the wider team.
* Growing Responsibility: You’ll start to learn the ropes of management—from opening and closing the building to supporting with rotas and stock—all with a safety net of support from your GMs.
* Human‑Centric Coaching: You’re the first point of call for our servers. You’ll help train them on the basics, speaking to them on a human level and helping them find their own confidence.
* Resourceful Learning: You’re curious about how the business succeeds. You’ll help drive financial success on your shifts and play a key role in our environmental and community projects.
