Join our Long Standing Customer (LSC) team and help shape the future of our closed-book products, ensuring we continue to meet regulatory expectations and deliver fair outcomes for every customer.
As a Senior Proposition Analyst, you will play a key part in ensuring our c.500 closed-book Life, Savings and Pensions products continue to deliver good outcomes. You'll analyse customer issues, propose solutions, support change activity and work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to shape propositions that are compliant, clear, and customer centric.
About The Role
Support the management and oversight of LSC propositions through the management of propositions in line with Consumer Duty.
Ensure compliance with CASS regulation, through BAU process, oversight and monitoring, throughout LSC and its outsourced providers.
Manage oversight activities including the daily oversight of internal and external client money reconciliation.
Manage and review of the monthly CMAR regulatory filing, obtaining SMF PRZ sign off.
Document the firm's regulatory footprint, through policy / procedure, CASS resolution pack and risk control framework.
Root cause analysis associated with potential and actual incidents to drive change.
Manage audit deliverables within agreed timescales.
Understands the key responsibilities of key LSC 3rd parties and interdependencies with Royal London
Contributing subject-matter expertise to support the delivery of LSC local change, wider group projects, working groups and rectification activity.
About You
Relevant experience in a CASS or equivalent role.
Strong customer focus and a passion for achieving good outcomes, working with stakeholders to agree priorities and align resources.
Good understanding of Life and Savings regulatory and legislative frameworks.
Ability to influence within peer group and management levels.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Can inspire others to adapt to change demonstrating a positive attitude to change.
Excellent internal and external network and experience of working with third parties.
Drive, motivation, determination to succeed.
Proven problem-solving skills.
