What are we looking for?
We're seeking a volunteer with 3+ years' professional experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships. A proven track record of securing income from grants, donors, or corporate partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to spot opportunities. A collaborative approach and willingness to share expertise. Desirable but not essential Knowledge of accessibility, inclusion, or disability-related issues. Experience supporting small charities or CICs.

We deliver accessibility audits, resources, and training to make services and workplaces more inclusive. The Role We are seeking a skilled volunteer with 3+ years of professional fundraising experience to support us in developing a sustainable fundraising strategy and expanding our partnerships. You'll bring your expertise to help us Develop and strengthen our fundraising strategy. Research and draft compelling grant applications. Identify and approach potential corporate and community partners. Share knowledge and guidance to build our fundraising capacity. Skills & Experience Needed 3+ years' professional experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships. Track record of securing grants or building income streams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to spot opportunities. Time Commitment Flexible, typically 4–12 hours per week.
