Contract
Permanent 37 hours per week
Pay
Starting at flat rate £31,537 per annum, £16.35 per hour, incremental for 5 years to £34,434 per annum, £17.85 per hour. Annual cost of living pay rises. Excluding enhanced rates at weekend and bank holidays. Weekend working factored into rota.
Mileage
46.9p per mile for under 1000cc / electric car. 52.2p per mile for over 1000cc.

About the Role
Proactive and Quick‑Thinking? Join Us as a Reablement Worker!
* Complete risk assessments and moving and handling assessments
* Act as a Trusted Assessor to prescribe low‑level OT equipment
* Carry out basic health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure and temperature checks)
* Support low‑level healthcare tasks and rehabilitation exercises
A structured induction and training programme includes
* Ongoing support and development

Core service hours: 8am–10pm (service runs 7am–11pm)
* Shifts comprise of mornings, afternoons and evenings which include travel time.
* Alternate weekends paid at time and a half.
* Bank holidays paid at time and a half (double pay on Christmas Day & Boxing Day).
* Mileage paid at 52.2p per mile (over 1000cc) or 46.9p (under 999cc/electric).
* Uniform, DBS, and full training provided.
* A clean driving licence with Business Use car insurance required.
* Car drivers with access to a vehicle.
