The Aspire Training Team are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3Childcare Apprenticeship at Rosewood Day Nursery.
Nestled in the idyllic countryside of Chipping Norton, our nursery isn't just located in a historic period property; it's a magical realm where office cubicles are swapped for vibrant jungle gyms and water cooler chats for enchanting story times.
The nursery boasts top-notch resources and beautifully maintained spaces that create an ideal learning environment, with three bright, airy rooms and spacious garden can accommodate children from new born to age 5.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
* Help Shape the Future of Childcare, with continued commitment to providing outstanding care and education, you will be a support to the key members of the team, and develop and learn new skills along the way
* You will provide the highest quality of care and education and assist in creating a nurturing and collaborative environment where children can explore and learn through play
* All aspects of personal care undertaken, toileting and food preparation, assist with feeding
* Help with planning the day’s activities, liaise with parents keeping them update with their child’s progress
* To infuse creativity into our curriculum, celebrate every small victory with a high-five, and ensure the highest quality care and educational adventures for our little ones
Requirements;
* You must be able to gain a clear DBS
* Level 2Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role
* Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
Qualities Required;
* Passionate and dedicated individuals to join the team, and we are looking for exceptional people to be a part of their expansion.
Hours;
* Rosewood Day Nursery is open from 07:30-6:00pm Monday to Friday
* The successful candidate will be required to work 30-40 Hours per week with hours to be discussed
