About the role

We are looking for somebody to join our team as a D365 LS Retail Support Consultant/Developer. Our Service Team specialise in and manages a range of Dynamics products including; CE, PowerApps, LS Retail, Dynamics 365 BC and F&O. This role can be performed remotely with travel to Node4 offices and client sites.


Responsibilities

As the single point of contact between the end-customer and the service being provided, you will deliver a customer-centric service by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The role will require good working knowledge of Dynamics products with a specific focus on LS Retail. The ideal candidate for this role, will be pro-active, meticulous, team player. If you are a Nav/BC consultant, with LS Retail experience and fantastic communication skills this maybe the role for you.


What will you bring?

* Intermediate/advanced application knowledge
* 2 + years’ experience with Nav and D365 Business Central
* 1 + years’ experience with LS Retail
* Good Communication skills
* Good analytical skills
* Experience of working in a customer services environment


Beneficial Skills

* MB-800
* Microsoft BC SAAS
* C/AL, C/SIDE, AL
* SQL Server experience, queries, maintenance, Configuration, Performance/Optimisation
* Intermediate/advanced platform knowledge
