The Role
:
As a Sales Controller / Transaction Manager, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager and ensure the sales department maximises profit and achieves targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the sales team, driving performance.
2. Conduct routine 1-2-1 sessions with the sales team, identifying business opportunities and training requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines.
4. Complete and track monthly reporting on sales performance.
5. Manage transactions to ensure full payment and accurate documentation.
6. Effectively prospect for new business and manage incoming leads.
7. Assist sales consultants to maximise opportunities through second facing.
8. Improve KPI levels within the department and enhance finance penetration across sales.
9. Support various departments by performing at your best to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
10. Previously worked as a Sales Controller or in a similar role.
11. B2B and retail sales expertise in the automotive sector.
12. Ideally have experience in the used vehicle industry.
13. Background of working as a Sales Manager or Transaction Manager. (Preferred)
14. Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Shifts:
15. Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30
16. Every other Saturday: 08:30 - 12:30
