Our client is looking for a PA / Marketing Assistant Client Details A leader in their field Description General PA duties as well as marketing duties too - 70% EA and 30% Marketing Community Engagement: Support local engagement activities within care homes, strengthening ties with the wider community. Facilities Oversight: Manage maintenance personnel and coordinate refurbishment projects across care homes. Interior Improvements: Oversee home decoration and improvement initiatives to enhance resident comfort and aesthetics. Project Management: Lead strategic improvement projects, managing timelines, stakeholder contributions, and successful delivery. Content Coordination: Work with care staff and activities teams to capture engaging stories, moments, and events. Staff Training: Coordinate staff training sessions and professional development opportunities to support continuous learning and service excellence. Idea Generation & Implementation: Collaborate with teams to generate and roll out ideas that improve resident wellbeing, staff morale, and the overall look and feel of each home.
