Role Overview
We are seeking Autism Support Workers in Banbury to provide person-centred support for individuals with autism. Flexible part-time and full-time shifts are available to fit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with autism in daily activities and skill-building
Encourage social interaction and engagement in hobbies or community activities
Maintain a safe and structured environment
Work alongside colleagues and families to provide consistent support
Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting individuals with autism or additional needs
Understanding of autism-friendly approaches
Compassionate, flexible, and professional
Ability to work independently and in a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
