Your Role as a Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across a range of subjects, with a focus on engagement, communication and confidence-building
* Use your drama and performing arts background to create exciting, interactive learning experiences
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils progress academically and socially
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and teamwork among students
* Help create a fun, safe and inclusive learning environment
