Position Overview
Social & Content Executive at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa – a full‑time hybrid role (40 hours per week), Monday‑Friday, with at least three days in the office.
Reports to the Director of Marketing. The role focuses on creating and publishing engaging content across social channels, supporting campaigns, and maintaining an online presence that reflects the brand’s quality and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
* Manage day‑to‑day social media scheduling and publishing
* Create engaging content including Reels, stories and reactive posts
* Lead community management across platforms
* Support influencer outreach and user‑generated content opportunities
Campaign & Content Support
* Support delivery of marketing campaigns across channels
* Assist with email campaign builds and deployment
* Upload and manage blog content and editorial pieces
Website & Digital
* Support updates across CM&S website and Trybe/Shopify
* Manage product, package and Giftpro uploads
* Maintain affiliate and third‑party platform listings
* Assist with website content updates and general digital housekeeping
Creative & Production
* Support photoshoots and content capture
* Assist in creating marketing assets and campaign materials
* Ensure content is aligned with brand standards
General Support
* Provide marketing admin support including print and production coordination
* Support reporting through gathering channel performance data
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Marketing degree (or similar) preferred
* 2–3 years’ marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or a consumer‑facing brand
* Strong experience across social media management and content creation
* Experience supporting or delivering email marketing campaigns
* Confident creating short‑form video content (Reels, Stories)
* Good understanding of digital marketing channels
* Experience using CMS platforms and social scheduling tools
* Basic design skills (Canva preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
