Coaching and Mentoring: Team leaders coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and capabilities.
Tracking Progress and Performance: They monitor team progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring goals are met.
Resolving Conflicts: Team leaders address and resolve conflicts within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Communication and Collaboration: They maintain open and effective communication with the team, as well as with other departments and senior management.
