Overview
Due to expansion, a new role for a Trainee Administration Clerk has become available for a company based in Pinxton initially on a temporary to permanent basis. The company are looking for a school / college leaver or a recent graduate who is looking for their first foot in the door to build their career.
Responsibilities
* Learn the basics of office work, including answering the phone, filing and photocopying, updating customer details on the system, and producing documents for management using Word.
* Produce reports using Excel and liaise with other team members and departments.
* Develop to coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand, ensure stock levels are adequate, and engage in forward planning to meet customer needs.
* Liaise with purchasing, sales and production to keep processes moving smoothly and maintain accurate data; analyse data for managers.
Qualifications
* School or college leaver or a recent graduate seeking their first role and keen to build a career in administration.
* Willingness to undertake training and development; the company is open to supporting an apprenticeship or a degree course alongside hands-on experience.
Details
* Hours of work: 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; 30 minutes lunch break.
* Location: Pinxton.
* Salary: £22,500 - £26,500 depending on age.
* On-site parking: free parking available.
