The Perch Inn, located on the Thames in the beautiful village of Binsey just a stone’s throw from Oxford city centre. Your focus as Junior Sous Chef will be assisting the Senior Kitchen management team in the running of the main Perch Inn restaurant kitchen, working closely with our Executive & Head Chef to ensure the delivery of a superb farmhouse style menu and to maintain the high standards currently in place.
