Assembly Operative Pay: £14.50 Per hour
Assembly Operative Shifts - Day Shifts - Monday to Friday
Monday to Thursday -07.00 – 16:00 or 08:00 – 17:00
Friday - Half Day Finish

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities
•Assemble key components to the clients products.
•Work from item drawings and specifications.
•Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
•Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets.
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
What we’re looking For in a Assembly Operative:
•Proven experience as a Assembly Operative, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
•Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
