Are you interested in being part of the East Sutherland Health and Social Care Integrated Team based at Lawson Memorial Hospital, Golspie? If so, this is the post for you.
We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative as well as provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.
A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
This is a fixed-term part-time post of 22.7 hours to December 2025, working 7.00 am to 2.00 pm, 4 days on, 4 days off, or in line with service requirements.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a or a NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
