Key Responsibilities As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
Provide strategic financial insight to support commercial and operational decisions
Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning cycles
Analyse financial performance, highlighting trends, variances and opportunities
Work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver meaningful financial guidance
Prepare management reports, dashboards and KPIs
Support senior leaders in assessing investment proposals and wider initiatives
Present complex financial information in a clear and engaging way to stakeholders at all levelsIdeal Candidate Profile We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A recognised professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
Proven experience within finance business partnering or senior finance leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modelling
Confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge
