You will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to manage the school’s non-teaching functions, including finance, procurement, and health and safety. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Financial Oversight: Managing the school budget, performing long-term financial planning, and ensuring rigorous audit compliance. Resource Management: Leading the administrative and premises teams to ensure the school operates efficiently and stays within budget. Strategic Procurement: Negotiating contracts with external suppliers to ensure best value for money for the school’s resources. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Strong background in finance or business management (CSBM/DSBM qualified preferred).
