Job Description Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Location : Chester (hybrid working) Salary : £45,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience) Experience : 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in Residential Conveyancing (flexible for the right person) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our client’s Residential Property team in Chester. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering clear advice and a smooth, efficient service to clients. You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Chester office. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the transaction Progressing matters efficiently, managing deadlines and keeping all parties updated Building strong client relationships and supporting repeat instructions Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of client care What We’re Looking For Essential Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer Strong residential conveyancing experience within a law firm environment Confident running your own caseload with a proactive, organised approach Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality service Desirable Around 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing, although flexibility exists for the right person Interest in supporting the growth of the Chester office through strong client relationships and local engagement Why Join Our client places real emphasis on training and development, with opportunities to build skills, technical expertise and progress your career.
