Regional Manager / Responsible Individual - £80,000 + Bonuses
Essex Based
We’re currently working alongside an established children’s residential care provider in Essex, who are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead their two LD children’s homes, as the Responsible Individual / Regional Manager.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager who feels stagnant in their current role with no further progression, or an experienced Dual Registered Manager who is keen to further their career this year, to join an established home provider which has been operating for 5+ years.
You’ll be responsible for complying with Safeguarding Children, Health and Safety, and all organisational policies and procedures at all times, promoting an honest, open culture and maintaining professionalism, integrity, respect, and confidentiality. Ensure all homes meet mandated training, Health and Safety compliance targets, and full regulatory and legislative requirements, including registering with Ofsted as Responsible Individual for the homes.

Requirements
* Level 5 or 7 in Leadership & Management
* Proven track record of working at a senior level on new business/development projects
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted standards & care regs
* Skilled in team leadership, service development & partnership working
