We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and hard working recruitment consultant to join our fast-paced recruitment office in Rugby.
The ideal candidate will poses a strong work ethic, flexibility and the ability to multi-task, with a great eye for detail.
You will be expected to work in a 360 role following the recruitment process from start to finish, including all elements of resourcing, registration, legal compliance, planning, dealing with candidates and clients.
Working hours are generally 0800-1600 Monday-Friday. On call duties are required, and this would be every 3rd weekend, as well as one or two nights during the week.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, and a background in recruitment, transport, or compliance is necessary. You will also need to have your own full and clean driving licence, and your own transport.
