About Our Client
Our client is based in Fareham, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices and payments.
4. Maintain and update financial records in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Reconcile bank statements and other financial data to ensure accuracy.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
8. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
9. Assist with budget tracking and forecasting activities.
10. Respond to financial queries and provide support during audits.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Finance Administrator role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.

11. An equivalent full time salary of £29,000 per annum.
