What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) and the potential to earn up to £57,000 with on-target earnings.

Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt-in for guaranteed overtime at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could boost your earnings by £3,000 annually!

Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a full-time, 40-hour week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Tools for Success: We provide your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one.

Qualifications:
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
