Job Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate your team's activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your Tasks
* Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed SLAs.
* Distribute work orders and manage employee workloads.
* Coordinate and implement processes; plan daily business activities.
* Serve as the first point of contact for process and technical issues; forward reports to relevant departments.
* Identify issues, initiate corrective actions, and monitor success.
* Ensure SLA compliance.
* Utilize SAP system for relevant tasks.
* Participate in resource planning (staffing and infrastructure).
* Create and evaluate reports.
* Maintain quality and service level standards.
Your Profile
* Experience working with computerized systems.
* Experience or understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment is an advantage.
* Reliability, good time management, and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them professionally from start to finish.
