Solicitor - Company & Commercial - Plymouth - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Plymouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (minimum 22.5 hours/week)
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience
A growing law firm in Plymouth is seeking a qualified Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters with support from senior lawyers and a collaborative team culture.
The Role
* Corporate sales and acquisitions
* Shareholder and investor agreements
* Commercial contracts
* Advising owner-managed businesses, start-ups, national groups, and long-established entities
* Delivering clear, client-focused commercial advice
* Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* 2+ years PQE and at least 1 year of experience in commercial/corporate matters
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently with supervision
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to team collaboration
* Interest in marketing and practice development
