Facilities officer

Would you enjoy a client facing role, working on a busy and vibrant campus in London within an estates team?

We have an immediate requirement for an estates and facilities assistant, to join a University in London (North London) in an interim facilities role.

Within this position you will be responsible for:

* Room set ups
* Building checks
* Opening and closing buildings
* Using the CAFM systems
* Liaising with contracts on site for resolution of M&Emaintenance issues
* Basic building services maintenance
* Moving furniture

This is a varied facilities role which does involve some manual hands on maintenance work. You will not be desk / office based in this role so this is a position for someone who wants to work across the campus, on their feet, in a varied hands on facilities role.

It is essential for this role that you are immediately available for work as we are looking for someone to start in October. You must have experience of facilities, basic hands on maintenance and be flexible in terms of the hours you are happy to work as this role will include a shift pattern of early and late shifts.
