Building the Risk Framework for AI
governr is creating the foundational risk infrastructure for the AI economy - the frameworks, standards, and quantification models that will define how AI systems are assessed, trusted, and adopted globally.
We're looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate at founder-level intensity and turn complex strategy into executed reality.
The Role:
You'll work directly with the founders to build and scale the company during its most formative stage. This is a true "right hand" role - you'll be in every critical conversation, shape key decisions, and execute on initiatives that define the company's trajectory.

Experience Profile (one of these paths):
Path 1: Elite Professional Services + Operating Experience
● 2-3 years at top-tier firm (Bain/BCG/Accenture, Goldman/JPM, etc.)
● 2-3 years at a high-growth startup or in an operating role
● You learned rigorous thinking and execution, then learned to build
Path 2: Early-Stage Operator
● Early employee (top 30) at a startup that achieved traction
● Wore multiple hats across functions - commercial, operations, strategy
● You've experienced the chaos of building from scratch and thrived
Path 3: Investor Turned Operator
● 2-3 years in private equity, venture capital, or growth equity
● Transitioned to an operating role because you want to build, not analyse
● You understand business models deeply and can execute
Path 4: Unconventional but Proven
● Non-traditional background that built discipline and execution capability
● Demonstrated track record of outstanding performance in business contexts

Education:
