Health, Safety & Wellbeing manager to cover projects West and South West of London

About the role
* This is a roving Health and Safety role covering several projects in a variety of locations in the South West and South of England (such as Bristol, Oxford, Reading and Southampton).
* An engaging person confident in providing competent H&S advice, guidance and support to operational management teams.
* The ability to influence and motivate teams in promoting a positive H&S culture.
* Support the implementation of health and safety policies, standards and guidance.
* Carry out inspections and audits on behalf of the business.
* Ensuring Incident Investigations are completed on time and lessons learned are shared.
* Monitor trends and promote proactive improvement measures.
* Coaching and mentoring employees and supply chain in order to introduce and develop an understanding of potential and health & safety behavioural culture change in a decentralised business.
* Preparing monthly H&S reports and attending business and Group meetings to discuss H&S performance and influence areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on digital systems, legislation, and continuous learning.
You’ll need to have
* Relevant experience of working in a Principal Contractor Environment
Experience and knowledge of HSW
* Legislation and delivery relevant to their area of work
* Risk based management and Assurance
