As an Account Administration Apprentice within our Finance department, you will be working alongside the finance team, providing key support to the legal teams to ensure that cases are billed accordingly. ??The role will involve assisting with the preparation of legal accounts for expenses. Responsibilities:
* Reviewing case management system files to see what work has been carried out
* Collating invoices for payment made
* Working within feeing guidelines to produce a legal account of expenses
* Negotiation and agreement of expenses with the other side
* Reviewing reporting and keeping accurate records of submission
Desirable skills:
1. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Strong communication skills, written and verbal
3. A high level of attention to detail
4. Excellent MS Office skill...
