About the Position
This full-time (37 hours) permanent role involves providing senior nursing leadership within the Royal Edinburgh and Associated Services (REAS). The Lead Nurse will oversee quality improvement, care assurance, and standards, ensuring robust systems, policies, and training are in place. The role also involves strengthening links with Healthcare Improvement Scotland and focusing on excellence in care.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience leading nurses, clinical services, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Proven track record of leading clinical teams, managing change, and prioritizing safety, quality, and patient experience.
* Postgraduate study at Level 11 in nursing, leadership, or Quality Improvement.
* Quality Improvement training and practical application of methodologies.
