We are developing our therapy led services and are looking for Occupational therapists to help us shape how we collaborate with people in their communities to provide support in the least intrusive manner possible, by maximising their strengths, assets, and resources creatively.

Our practice is focused on a strengths-based approach & using a conversational style to help people ascertain what a good life looks like to them.

To help us achieve our aim, we are looking for Occupational Therapists across our teams who has the right skills, knowledge and values. We would like to hear from you whether you are an experienced Occupational Therapist or newly qualified and keen to learn.

This is a fabulous opportunity for Occupational Therapists to join our service and work in a multi- skilled and varied workforce, while being supported to expand your professional knowledge and competencies.

You will need to be a qualified Occupational Therapist, have current registration with Health and Care Professionals Council.

For Band B requirements you must have and demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience as a qualified Occupational Therapist.

You must have excellent communication and IT skills to effectively deliver therapeutic interventions and to continue to build positive relationships with internal and external partners while delivering outcomes. You must be good at motivating others and be able to support others through change.

You may be required to provide blue badge intervention and may need to offer mobility assessments.

If you feel that you would be well suited to work with us and have the relevant experience and skills to meet the job description, we welcome an application from you. In return, you will receiveongoing training and coaching, regular supervision from a qualified Occupational Therapist, annual development appraisals alongside the support of a highly skilled team. Newly qualified therapist will be supported through their first year of practice to complete their AYSE. You will be provided with appropriatetechnology and access to work remotely.
