The Digital Services team is responsible for the maintenance, administration, and second line support of the HALO ITSM system to support users within the Trust. The Digital Systems Manager will be a key member of this team.
Responsibilities include managing, maintaining, developing, and administrating the Trust’s IT Service Management system, HALO. The role involves providing technical support and advice to end users across all disciplines and departments.
The post holder will work closely with other technical teams within Digital Services and lead in all areas related to HALO, including implementing developments to support business processes and integrating with other Trust systems in line with the Digital Strategy.
Additional duties include ensuring the smooth operation and housekeeping of the HALO system, supporting other systems managed by the team, and contributing to project management of system upgrades and developments.
The role also involves developing security policies, designing test plans, documenting system functionalities, participating in data quality initiatives, installing software upgrades, and preparing proposals and specifications for system adaptations.
