This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
To provide administrative and clerical support to the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Multidisciplinary team (MDT) To provide accurate clinical correspondence for in patient and out patients by use of speech recognition digital dictation. The post holder is responsible for updating the patient information at weekly IBD MDT. Responsible for daily updating of IBD telephone helpline messages and arranging times for nursing team to contact patient.
