Cinema Manager - Wakefield
Cineworld Wakefield is located in the Westgate Retail & Leisure Park. The cinema features a Concessions stand, a separate Baskin Robbins scoop ice cream area, and a Pic & Mix section. The management team includes a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, and 3 Team Leaders. A major refurbishment completed in April 2019 enhanced the cinema with stadium seating in every auditorium and new concessions areas.
Role Overview: As a Cinema Manager, you will leverage your experience to ensure the smooth operation of the cinema. You will manage commercial activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead the team to provide an outstanding cinema experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
2. Stock control
3. Cash reconciliation
4. Addressing and resolving customer complaints
5. Recruitment, induction, and training
6. Coaching Team Leaders and Team Members
7. Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
8. Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
9. Delivering the company's strategy to be the best place to watch a movie
10. Performance management
11. Operations management
12. Budget management
