SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant – Bradford
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a skilled and confident SEN TA to join a supportive Secondary School in Bradford.
The Role:
* Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs.
* Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to ensure students can access the curriculum.
* Assisting the class teacher in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Offering consistent encouragement, guidance and emotional support.
Essential Requirements:
✅ Proven experience working with SEN students in a UK Secondary School.
✅ Strong understanding of strategies for supporting additional needs.
✅ Ability to remain calm, patient and resilient in challenging situations.
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
