About the role: Our stores are the life and soul of the business. The Supervisor leads by example, embraces an entrepreneurial spirit, and inspires their team to uphold the brand standards in a fast-evolving retail environment.
Responsibilities Include
* Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
* Support the management team in personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes, and store results.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
* Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
* Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to deliver an exemplary store journey.
* Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues with fairness and consistency.
* Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
* Achieve company standards for personal sales results (sales vs budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction).
* Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing and the sales floor.
* Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
* Ensure staff accountability for building a repeat customer base with excellent service.
* Ensure visual merchandising and door-to-floor practices are executed and regularly reviewed.
* Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
About You
* You’ll have a previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
* You’ll have prior people management experience with the ability to resolve conflicts.
* You’ll be an effective communicator who builds relationships with ease.
* You’ll be a team player who recognises and celebrates others’ contributions and achievements.
* You’ll be confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
* You’ll adapt well to change and work with pace.
* You’ll be energetic and authentic with a strong presence on the shop floor.
* You’ll approach issues with a can-do attitude and take initiative to find in-store solutions.
