Recruitment Consultant 360 Recruiter – Industrial Temps Location: Harlow, Essex Salary: £30-£40k DOE uncapped commission Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for the industrial temp sector? We’re looking for a 360 Recruiter to join our clients thriving team and make an immediate impact. What you’ll be doing: Full 360 recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the industrial temp sector. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Managing your own desk, hitting targets, and growing your network of candidates and clients. Handling all aspects of the recruitment process, including contracts, onboarding, and compliance. What we’re looking for: Proven experience within industrial recruitment, particularly temp or contract placements. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to hit the ground running. Confident in client management, with the ability to secure new business and manage covenants. Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
