We're international, award-winning, and growing fast - and we're looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to support our Central Finance team as we reimagine hospitality, one spreadsheet at a time. What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the month-end and quarter-end reporting cycle, maintaining accurate accounting records, and liaising with auditors, HMRC, and other key stakeholders. You'll support statutory accounts preparation, VAT submissions, group reconciliations, and everything in between - with mentorship and development opportunities to grow your career. Expect to: Support balance sheet, P&L, and cashflow reporting Assist with quarterly VAT returns and liaise with HMRC Get involved in external audits and statutory account prep Collaborate with the wider Finance team and support ad hoc projects Be a vital part of the team ensuring accuracy, integrity, and insight What We're Looking For AAT qualified (or equivalent) and hungry to learn more (part qualified considered) Experience in finance, ideally in hospitality or shared services (not essential) Comfortable working with accounting systems (Sun system experience a plus!) Highly organised, detail-oriented, and great with deadlines Confident communicator who's happy working cross-functionally We're big believers in development, so if you're progressing towards ACCA or CIMA - we'll support you with your studies too.
