Brand Marketing Manager | B2B Growth & Campaigns

Are you a strategic brand marketer who knows how to turn complex propositions into compelling stories that drive awareness, credibility, and commercial growth?

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead high-impact B2B brand and upper-funnel marketing campaigns for a fast-growing organisation operating at the heart of the UK’s digital infrastructure and connectivity ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how the business is perceived across core and emerging markets — building brand preference, launching new propositions, and creating campaigns that fuel long-term growth.


What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the brand marketing strategy and execution across key growth areas, helping position the business as a trusted market leader while supporting expansion into new verticals and enterprise segments.


Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and delivering integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and consideration
* Creating compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes
* Leading top and mid-funnel marketing activity for new products, propositions, and market launches
* Driving thought leadership, credibility, and reputation-building initiatives
* Managing always-on brand presence across multiple channels
* Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Performance Marketing, Content, and Creative teams
* Translating strategic positioning into impactful storytelling and campaign execution
* Ensuring consistency of tone of voice, messaging, and brand identity
* Measuring campaign effectiveness, engagement, and brand performance indicators


What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a commercially minded brand marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign delivery.

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience leading B2B brand and upper‑funnel marketing campaigns
* Strong expertise in brand storytelling, messaging, and positioning
* Experience launching new products, propositions, or entering new markets
* Ability to simplify complex solutions into engaging customer narratives
* Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
* Experience working with creative studios or external agencies
* Understanding of how brand activity supports demand generation and pipeline growth
* Excellent planning, prioritisation, and delivery skills
