Whatever your experience we will ensure you receive individualised and effective support from both your health visiting line manager and colleagues within your team.
You will work within the Bracknell area to deliver core and targeted services to children aged 0‑5 and their families.
For this role you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a passion for working with children and families. Team working, flexibility and the ability to work in partnership with other teams and agencies is essential. You will collaborate with Children’s Centres in the implementation of the Healthy Child programme underpinned by the Solihull Approach model of working.
If successful, your base will be at one of the local Children’s Centres; however, your role will require you to visit homes across the Bracknell locality footprint (mileage will be compensated).
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement outcome-focused care plans and evaluate care given, in partnership with clients.
* Provide support to families using the Solihull approach model in behaviour management, parenting skills and delivering programmes of care to vulnerable families.
* Develop and facilitate Health Visiting drop‑in clinics, health promotion activities and groups.
