Description
* Temporary appointment to cover responsibility for the companys transactional recording.
* Management of the company bank account, including recording of receipts and payments and bank reconciliations.
* Management of the company purchase ledger, including supplier management, invoice posting, supplier payments and statement reconciliations.
* Management of the company sales ledger, including credit control and debt collection, query resolution, credit insurance management and customer statement distribution.
* Management of the invoice discounting facility, including submission of sales invoices and credit notes.
* Analysis of monthly credit card expenditure.
* Perform any other tasks as required by the business.
Profile
* A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
